CRM tool for link building - looking for recommendations

Guess what? I'm buying/rent links, a lot of them.
I have around 20 sites and keeping up with the expiry of the links has become unbearable.

I'm looking for a tool where I could store the contact info of the webmaster, URL of the link, where the link points, anchor text and the expiry date, which ideally would give alert when the link is about to expire

Does anything like this exist?
