CRM Small Sales Force

Hey Guys,

I was looking for a CRM for a group of less than 10 people to use. I was considering high rise because we use basecamp but wanted to first see if you had any recco's.

I actually work in this business segment - first of all: its very hard to reccomend a CRM to you for as I don't know any of your requirements - can you elaborate your requirements?

From what I see you are using a paid solution for your project management and of course (reasonable) are looking now at the CRM from the same vendor... Consider: It might be profitable to you to cancel your contract/service with basecamp and move over to a more "complete" system. A scalable solutions wich can grow with your business: An ERP - in the future your present requirements might change and or new requirements will pop up... a good ERP will have you covered no matter the situation. A Further benefit of an ERP is that you have everything consolidated under one Application:

- HRM: Manage your Human Ressources: payrolls, timesheets, holidays, contracts,...
- CRM
- Accounting: Link every Customer you have to pending invoices, paid invoices, ...
- Sales
- Projects: Manage your Projects out of your ERP and link them to your Customers or declare them internal as Internal
- Manage your Marketing Campaigns out of your ERP
- Probably not further interesting for you: Production/Manufacturing, Purchase, Warehouse Management, POS,...
- DMS

As you can probably guess - having everything consolidated brings you many benefits... So what does such a system actually cost? Sure there are lots of paid (insanely expensive!) ones - but do you really need them? No you don't... you can easily do this with an open source ERP such as:

- OpenERP
- Tryton
- Ofbiz
- Open Bravo

...at the monthly cost of a Server (wich is cheaper than what you are paying now). Keep in mind that ERP's are very flexible: You can decide to use just a few features of an ERP...

In case that you don't want an ERP just a "pure" out of the box CRM - check out these open Source CRM's:

- SugarCRM (vast amount of features)
- VtigerCRM (a fork of Sugar)
- Zurmo (I came across this CRM recently looks very promising - interesting approach: gameification)

Each of these systems has its own strengths and benefits - specify some of your requirements and i ll make you a solid recommendation

Hi, We have 4+ years in ERP. We can help you in CRM. OpenERP will help you in all your aspects.

Zoho CRM is the easiest one. Simple, you can attach files, set up drip marketing campaigns, manage multiple accounts with separate access levels... Piece of cake.

And their support team rocks (I would set up a free trial account and ask support to help you out, free for 15 days)
