(As I said in a post only moments ago) I have been dabbling in Photoshop for just at ten years now. I really enjoy creating website designs. It's fun for me, although I never do anything with the designs. --They usually get deleted.

Anyways, I have never really put any of my work up for anyone to see it. So I thought I would for the first time ever.

I'm just looking for constructive criticism. This isn't a site I will ever bring to life, it's just for fun. Critiquing design aspects I can improve on would be fantastic.

-I was going for a flat design, but I decided to use slight gradients on the grey background and the blue bar and blue content area.

It's not finished, just a work in progress that will never become more than a .psd.

If this is your work after 10 years of PS, then you need at least another 10 to create something decent. You wanted a fair criticism.

BTW, this is not flat design.

Haha, I definitely appreciate it. I have dabbled in Photoshop for ten years. Web design is relatively new to me. (A year or so.) But, nonetheless, I appreciate your honesty.

Certainly not the worst design I have ever seen but still needs some polish.

Take a Design course, Photoshop is just a tool, to be really good you need an eye for it.
A course will help you.

The colors seem a little dull to me, or boring (not sure how to put it). I would recommend working on the spacing and alignment of elements, use a grid (recommended) if you can't do this by hand.

That does not look professional, content needs space, add whitespace, loosen up the design for starters.

There's certainly a lot more you can do using WordPress. Using Photoshop takes way much longer time than WordPress. Also with WordPress you can change themes in no time and you can alter or modify the site design. With Photoshop, there's not that much flexibility. If you want to earn with your skills in Photoshop, maybe it's better doing just graphic design.

Very flat. Needs a bit more life too it. As others have mentioned a course will really help you. Have a search in your local area, there's bound to be something that you can attend.

After reading your website, i surely would not use your copywriting services.

i have no opinion on if its a good design or not. but it sure made me laugh :)

And some more investment of time in color theory. But the content is hilarious :D

need to improve your skill a lot :)
and for me.., i will remove that button shadow effect..,
and white color font, is hard to read with that green background
last.., pink button??
content is very funny btw.., hahaha

The attached photo looks good to me, just need some more details and a decent color combination.
If this is your work after 10years of dabbling on Photoshop, then you seriously need a good mentor to help you out.

Sorry, you're asking for an honest criticism so here's mine. :)
