Is your concern that you don't want it known that you're buying bitcoin, or is it that you don't want it known what you're doing with it.
If it's the second, you can use a mixer to erase traces or convert to xmr.
If it's the first, you can buy giftcards and exchange them for crypto on a platform like paxful. If KYC becomes an issue then you can get a stealth account.
Or, even better, get a stealth localbitcoins account and find an exchanger who will do face to face meeting with cash, or whichever other trading options they offer if you don't want to risk being seen (but you can always wear a mask).
