So I have a few old articles on my blog, and a little thumbnail in each of them that leads to a separate page. I used to use ad fly to earn a bit of money from the transition, but ad fly shut down, and the company that took over requires people to do stuff so that I earn. Anyway I decided to just make my own interstitial page.

How does it look?

Just a blank page, with this. At first there's a countdown from 10 to 0, and then then "Click to see screenshots" link appears. Both links open in a New Tab, so that the page remains open, hopefully people come back to it again.

I added my site's logo on top, like, to give it a bit of branding and color, and feeling of familiarity to the user who just left my site to come here.

So it's just a blank page, with that on it. How is it looking?

p.s don't ask me what the site is that I'm advertising there. It's a legit site, but peanuts can be earned, you don't wanna waste your life away like that :p

No replies, ts ts ts...

Well, I put my site logo on top, to give the page some branding and familiarity, so that people know at least somewhat that they're still on my site. The image is not clickable.

Then I put the "Redirecting Now..." in large letters, and a countdown from 10 to 0, at which point the large "Click to see screenshot" link appears.

Under it I put my "advertisement", and at the bottom the Emoji next to the link, to catch peoples attention.

Both links open in a new tab, so that whether on desktop or mobile, that ad page will remain open after a person clicks the link. More likely for people to come back to it.

The page is noindex, nofollow etc. And it cannot be found anywhere on my actual website (posts, pages, search)

The rest of the page is completely blank, white.

All of that said, I asked here to see if anyone has any idea on how I can make the page more attractive.

I'm keeping it very simple, and my only goal here really is for people to click the advertisement link, which is my referral link.

So I'll ask again, if anyone has any ideas on how I can improve on the page, let me know?

Thanks dogs

If I were you, I'd just rip the html of the old service, and change colors, logo..etc , for server side, there are cheap PHP scripts in codecanyon.

Looks good! Just needs a slight modern refresh to make it pop a little more maybe? Or a psychological spin? I was thinking about starting a free review copy/beta test thread soon. Then, if you want I could help you for free and just put placeholder text, so you can keep your niche and website anonymous. Then you could split test 2-3 designs
