Are there any CPA networks with high paying CR offer in them ?

the CR offers that actually pay..

most of them will pay u ..if ur traffic is not from cl job...

yes obviously! but they dont want fraud traffic such as cl etc..... they are actually going after people now that have broke their ToS and defrauded them

try azoogleads/epic direct..... $24.50 a lead if you perform good they will raise it, i had mine up at $25.50

Yeah credit report traffic is tough to gauge now a days. There were a lot of issues with Experian and the free for all has kind of went away. Its always a risk. That being said, jobs traffic definitely won't pay. Apartment traffic MIGHT get you paid if you run it right.

Anyone with decent experience, hit me up... I can beat $25.50

Yes risk of non-payment. Same as you run no matter what source your traffic is from.
