The one and only way that YOU can get a statement of YOUR credit card (exactly as mentioned by you), is directly from your card issuer or the bank that issued your credit card. And it is a very easy, simple and fast process. Simply login to your online account related to your credit card issuer (mostly it is a bank, online netbanking), and then you will be able to download YOUR credit card statement, which is mostly in a PDF format.
However, you want to hire a freelancer for this and hiring someone for this task, is not at all suggested, because you must NEVER share your banking related passwords with anyone at all whatsoever. I suggest you complete this simple task on your own, as it is very easy & simple and would take not more than just (at the most) 5 minutes.
