Credit Card Solution for Non-US Countries?

Hi BHWers,

I'm currently based in the Middle East and don't have a company set up (just starting out in IM) and i want to start accepting CC payments for my niche sites selling intangible products. Everyone keeps telling me that paypal is too risky and stay away from it. So what i want to know is that is there a solution where i can set up a merchant account and gateway that can accept CC payments and put the money straight to my bank here?

I live in a tax free country anyway so tax is not the issue but having an incorporated company is a big issue so i need your advice on ways to getting around that.

I've been going through their site. It looks like it only allows US cardholders to pay via CC. that would be a problem.
