Credit Card Processing - "Weed" in the domain name

I'm looking for any connects / leads / solutions for credit card processing for a head shop site that has "weed" in the domain name.

we can do offshore but looking for something reasonable not some crazy 2 week settlement time and 5k setup fees.

For high risk merchants, 15 days arrears are normal settlement period in this industry.If not ,how could you control your risk.
I believe no payment company want to lose money due to lots of Charge Back and cheaters.
