suppose you have online payment processing from a payment processor and the application form for credit card processing that is given by the payment processor was from another company ( so for instance when you are client with payment processor A and you want credit card processing approved they give you application form that is from a much bigger company like Worldpay).

in this case when you get approved for credit cards who will check you actually use it for the site you asked it for? is it the company A or worldpay?

and if you use the approval that you got for shop http://www.aaa.com and use it for shop http://www.bbb.com.. then what happens?

I'm not sure I understand the first part of the question but I'll try to answer based on how I am interpreting it...

The company that handles the due diligence on the websites/underwriting depends on the relationship between the two companies. The downstream processor is likely responsible for the majority of the due diligence, and is also probably held accountable for any account they on board, but that doesn't mean that Worldpay doesn't have their own checks. Look at platforms like Shopify... they have their own prohibited business list and can certainly kick you off their platform, but the actual payment processors who service them also have prohibited business lists and also kick Shopify merchants out of their portfolio.

The answer to the second question also depends on what processor you are using and what their tech capability/knowledge is, how they monitor accounts, etc. Declaring your URL as aaa.com but then processing through bbb.com might set off red flags with Processor A, but then Processor B might just not care or have the resources to be concerned with the same behavior. There is no uniform answer here to either question, unfortunately, because each processor will be different.

and what you think will happen if they notice this? they only ask to stop or immidiately you are put on some kind of list and never ever get account anywhere anymore?

Probably depends on what your website is doing. If you were trying to process for something that is prohibited by the payment processor and/or is illegal they will probably close your merchant account.

As far as lists, again, probably depends on the processor if/how you are blocked from using their services.

If you are trying to sell something that requires this method to get around restrictions you might want to consider a high risk processor instead.

have tried high risk processors.. but been turned down... with about 5 already...i can show them trnasaction statements from other payment methods we do now and the numbers are great. and 0 refunds and 0 chargebacks... but all say no...
