is it ok to use a well known credit card companys domain name to build a website for Adsense revenue say like Blogsbankcreditcard.net?

If you write about them in a positive way, have quality content and an "ok" domain, I would say that there would be no issues.
Let's say that you are targeting Visa. So a domain like "visaservicereview" would be an appropriate name and you could stick adsense there without any problems.

A kind of review site is ok. Never had any issues as I owned such sites in the past. The only problem arises when you try to sell or make some profit by using their name (contextual ads doesn't count in this). In that case, they will send you a copyright infringement notice.
