Credible PPD sites in 2013

Its late 2013 and everything is always changing, what sites are credible and earning for people as of recent??

I really don't get why people use ppd over a cpa with content locking (especially adnooka which has a ppd option but pays like a CPA). Am I missing something?
 
Fileice and cleanfiles are good in reputation. But I am agree and voting Fileice as credible PPD.
 
Adnooka, MgCash, DollarUpload and FileIce are all great and always paid me on time. Sharecash is nice as well, but converts worse for me than the other sites, which could be just variance since my sample size isn't big. CleanFiles would be up there with the others, but they got payout problems with PayPal and Payza in the last time. They do pay, but you have to use Payoneer or Wire transfer. Kyle (the owner of CF) said that they will try to add Paxum and Skrill in the future and if the follow trough with this, I vote for CleanFiles as the best one.

They are sending payments, weekly, daily and minimum payout is $35

i think puredownload.net is the best in paying terms
you can take money out when you get to 30$
 
i mean paying like weekly,biweekly net 15 etc i heard CF is paying weekly but on their page there is no info about payouts
 
clean files pays weekly if you reach a certain amount of earnings
 
almost every ppd network paying weekly but you have to get a promision from them first
you can ask them, most of them will let you if you hit the 50$ number every day\month
 
Cleanfiles is Good! FileIce I have but I don't use because there links are blocked by Antiviruses.

Also, ShareCash's Conversion is very very bad.
