You can't manually turn on the Creator Award Program. It gets automatically activated by platforms like YouTube or TikTok once your content meets real engagement metrics such as watch time, organic followers and real views. Followers or views from SMM panels don't count and are usually flagged as inorganic, which could actually harm your eligibility. If you're trying to scale more safely, mobile proxies can help you rotate accounts or content without leaving detectable footprints.

Im also looking into the Creator Award Program, but I heard that platforms often check the validity of interactions, so the follow/views from the SMM panel may not be counted. Have you tried checking if there is an option to enable this program in Creator Tools
i can not see the Creator Tools option
