Athénaïs Andreau is a French student who created a CV in the style of the Netflix show Orange Is the New Black. The CV was formatted to look like a prison ID card, and it included Andreau's education, work experience, and skills. She also included a brief biographical sketch, which she wrote in the voice of a prison inmate.

Andreau's CV went viral on LinkedIn, and she was eventually offered an internship at the advertising agency BETC. She is now a full-time employee at BETC, and she is using her creativity to help the company develop new marketing campaigns.

Wow...loved the idea. Indeed she is a very creative and has the ability to think out of the box. No wonder she got the best opportunity she deserved the most!
 
It's a little bit off-topic, but I remember a woman who sent cookies or cupcakes[can't remember] to the place she wanted to work at and then landed the job.

Excellent Idea.

Creativity always pay the first sets of people that think outside the box and do something different.
 
An accurate title is that Creativity SOMETIMES pays off. There are many starving artists out there who had their resume tossed in the trash because they tried to be creative.

There are still only limited jobs available for creative people. Not everyone is going to go viral.

Some of my best and most creative tweets get 500 impressions despite a huge number of likes. Other tweets are low effort and go viral with just a couple of likes.

Creativity is never enough on its own.
