Hello, long time reader here. Decided it’s time to take what I’ve learned here and finally take the dive, as well as start contributing. I’ve been a writer of both fiction and non for 10 years, and recently fell into the game narrative design field- which I absolutely love but face insanely fierce competition and terrible wages being new and all. What I hope to do is create passive income to keep me alive so I can pursue my passion.
A year before the 2012 non-apocalypse, I inherited a new but rapidly growing non-monetized survival themed site with zero knowledge of anything more than surfing the web. I learned quick, though, and using white hat techniques I grew the site to earning $1200+ per month by the third quarter of 2012.
On December 24th, global interest in survival dropped drastically, but I stuck with it for a while until I eventually focused my time on writing books.
I’m still undecided as to which technique I plan to begin, but will be researching and come to a final decision in the next few days. Any suggestions are warmly welcome! I do not have much money to invest initially, however what I do have right now to invest is a lot of time
And I plan to document my journey
