I am looking to develop a website that sell stuff related to 'android' and i notice the world 'android' is trademarked, so i probably wont be using it directly on my domain name. Can someone please suggest a creative alternative for it? Was thinking like 'greenbot{shop|store}' etc. but doesnt sound cool at all.

Android is defined as a robot with a human appearance. You can use the word android in your URL if you're not talking about the OS.
However, I doubt that's the case....
You don't NEED android in the title of the URL for proper SEO. It would help, but the legal headache isn't worth it, IMO. Call it linuxappstore, or something. Opensourcetools dot com, you get the idea.

Thanks for the inputs guys. I want to go with something-droid because my site will be android. It just adds some branding value between the domain and site. It really has nothing to do with SEO. I can even go with 'green robot' or whatever, but as mentioned ,it just sounds too cheesy.
I like Fandroid, but it seems to be taken way back in 2007 already
