Would creating accounts in one country affect managing accounts on a different countries IP address?
Very well put! thank you for the thorough explanation. I failed to add a profile pic, bio, a post and didnt follow any users. I just created the accounts then rested rest.No worries, it doesnt matter, but you have to comply a few things. Imagine your on holiday with some good friends in paris. Two of your friends are not yet on IG. They creating there accounts with a IP from Paris. After some days, they heading back to the USA and using there accounts like every other normal users. What's wrong with this situation? Nothing
When you create an account comply these steps with the registration IP:
- after IG Registration, verify the E-Mail
- add a Profilpicture
- add a Bio
- follow some recommendet users/like some random pictures
- add first post
- rest account 24h+
When you now change the IP make sure:
- use the same cookies
- use the same device id
- dont follow/like 100 people directly, warmup your account and you'll be fine
Things which cause a flag:
- verify IG Registration with different IP
- create an account with Paris IP and 5 min later post with a USA IP (GEO distance! No one is able to get within 5 min from Paris to the USA.
- different cookies/device id's while IP switchs
I use GMT2 but their isnt an option to add a device ID to the CSV when uploading new accounts.
Just think of remote Social media managers (from Freelancer or Fiverr) that are located around the world and manage accounts (without proxies) of their clients that are usually from the US or Western Europe.
Thank you.There isn't any issue.

If they can do it, anybody can.
Awesome thanks for all the help! I have to go back to the drawing board to get these accounts not banned and now I’ve got some guidance. If possible use the registration IP for the first login while importing accounts to GMT2. It's better for the trust factor!
- create your accs as described in my above post
- rest some hours
- only login to GMT2 with the same registration IP (or same ISP source. No worries if the IP will dynamically change while resting some hours. Important is the same subnet & host, which will automatically assigned to you from your ISP)
- rest 24h or some days and afterwards switch to your Proxy IP for growing/managing your accs
If you login to GMT2 with another IP it may trigger a E-Mail verification with "some logged in from... was it you?". No worries, it's not bad, just more work because you have to verify that E-Mail of new device using. Otherwise your account will get flagged and soonly banned.
There's a big difference between new accs and aged! The most people who are searching a social media manager have already trusted accounts. That means, these accs are aged, have a already some posts, followers and the owner maybe wrote some DM's over months with potential customers. All these indicators are good for the trust level. So when one of these trusted aged accs have different GEO IP's for managing, hey won't punished or get flagged so fast by IG like a new account.
