Creating your future ebay/paypal stealth now?

If you suspect that you might be going to make an ebay and paypal stealth in the future or that you might even have to due to an ebay/paypal suspension/limitation, is it a good idea to make an ebay and paypal in "the stealth accounts name" and not verify them, or connect them with a bank but only make them and leave them there to mature so if you do ever decide to turn them into usable stealth accounts that they will be already 90 or more days old rather than having to start from scratch?

Would this work, provided you already had a virtual address in mind, could easily buy a new number and create a new bank account, but due to the extra costs of creating/maintain it fully, you choose only to make the bare ebay/paypal accounts until you need them.

Can/should you do this?

hey bro pretty much dealing with similar issues but from experience my advice would be to add bank account and let it sit that way..... it seems better to have a inactive verified account rather then to have inactive unverified accounts....
 
back in 2009, i used to do the same thing, create a patch of PP/eBay accts and let them sleep over 30days or more and then start working with them one by one after verified them of course. i used to use yahoo phone for $3.99/month if i still remember and prepaid debit cards from home depot or walgreens without SS verification. i missed those days.
But the key is create multipe windows user accounts in the same machine if you have one computer or two.
 
It would be much better to verify them straight away i'm sure but for me it's not just the costs but going through the entire process for possibly something i may not ever even use and at this time not fully sure of carrying out.

I found a reasonably local virtual address, in fact it is ideal and 15 euro/month, but how do i verify that address if paypal come looking for "proof of address" to be faxed to them. Plus i have to wait until Monday to ask if they allow mail forwarding for a name that is made up.

You can verify address very easily. Think about bills and how are they made. You may use electricity bill and similar methods.. ;)
 
Does anyone knows what happened if the electricity bills are in a non English language?
 
eBay's 90 days thing is counting from the day of first item sold and completed, not from the day you create an account

If you are making up faux bills or bank statements from non-English countries, you need to look one up on the web (image search) or have a foriegn language copy sent to you. Have a foreign language or non-US friend (or pay a person to) scan/fax a doc image to you.

I guess I'm reputable, but I must be paid (full or half) upfront. The last newbie I helped upfront scammed me, so no exceptions. Please understand if you do not yet have a reputation, it is you who must give and be flexible.

Per paid refillabls with no SS number my god if only
 
Those days are gone but you can still do the same thing if you know how to...
Heck even for my clients they do not need a SSN.
