There are ALOT of themes out there that you can use. That will depend on what do you need. Also, use elementor.

It does not matter help me with any topic of interest at this time ...
 
Create a plan first. If you want to sell dildos, or cat raidos. Have your product in mind, before the website. Then use wordpress...its drag and drop. Shopkeeper is an okay theme. I have random orders (as I know many BHW folks do) from sites that are 6 and 7 years old.
 
There is an infinite number of themes from where to choose. First of all, it depends of your niche.
 
might as well as whats a nice pair of shoes. but there are ones for walking, mountains, even swimming.
are you doing ecomm, agency, smb..... etc
you need to narrow it down
 
look around envato or themelock or bhw downloads>themes board and scroll around until you find what youre after

the person who completes the survey is paid, ok .. and what does the owner of the web earn? You tell me what CPA but I don't know what it is, can you explain it to me?
 
You need to choose the theme depending on what kind of website you want to create. First you should decide.
 
I recommend OceanWP , also avoid using Page Builders use only WordPress default Page builder .
