Creating website for PC and Mobile

Hi I want to create a website that will have some affiliate links on it..

When someone is viewing the site on a mobile device or an ipad, I want the affiliate links to be different.

I guess this entails creating two entirely different websites?

Also, How will my webpage be able to identify mobile devices?

I have the same question.

I've posted this question on warri0* f0rum and guess what) Nobody could give a answer.

I am really new here, but i did see that wordpress has a plugin to use. Just use the search engine and type in mobile plugin.

I know that wp has plugins, WP Touch for example.

The question is how to rotate or change aff links between desktop and mobile versions of a site. WP Touch displays the same content for mobile browsers.
