Creating Web 2.0 Sites...Any Tips or Suggested Guides?

Hi folks...

I've purchased several services before but have never made my own "network" of sites to increase the power of my money site. I'm sure there's an excellent guide around here somewhere and I've searched but don't know where to start.

I've already got all of the content (which is really strong content), but I want to make sure that I do the linking correctly and that I choose the proper Web 2.0 properties.

I'd rather have fewer but more powerful properties I think.

Can anyone suggest a guide or something of that sort and/or throw out any tips from their own experience?

Using it for about a month with other linkn building campaigns so I cant give an honest answer to that BUT soon when I start a new site it will SOLEY be with SEO LINK to track results
