Creating/Verifying fb acc one IP then access it and use it from any IP?

Can I create fb accounts on an ip (example: a purchased proxy or public library ect) and then once its verified, access it from any IP including my own and use it that way? I was thinking how libraries and internet cafes do it otherwise they would get asked for phone verification all the time. I purchased some proxies, but when Im using them, facebook is very slow and is in a simplified form, pictures no loading ect so its very hard to set up the account unless its on my IP but then it will get banned, so thinking about using public computers to create and sims to activate, but then can I just keep using it on my IP????

Depends what for, if you are using it for whitehat sharing. For example a info website you maybe alright but if you are using any BH techniques to monetise then you'll get penalised.

I'd just look for HQ private proxies and pay the premium, remember that you can use them all on top social networking sites to get the most from the proxies that you buy.

Thanks! The proxies that I purchased are public proxies. Its impossible to do things on it like fb ect. Do u think this is the reason?
