Vote, which method will work better to (Creating unlimited Facebook Accounts) in Jul 2022 :
1. Using MultiLogin or similar browser + new IP
2. Using Virtual Machines + new IP

or Please Suggest a method

you can use proxy, i recommend you to use ipv4

Put I am renewing the IP by resetting 4G mobile connection, I do not need Proxy ..... I can get unlimited new IP

this is the great advice you can try
as the ip generate by mobile provider is used by many people

Are you using the phone to make the accounts? and also email or phone to register?

Method 1 is good, particularly when paired up with anti-detect browsers. Proxies on top of that is even better but since you have a way to get "unlimited new IP" then you should be good on that end.

Face verification is usually successful if there care similar photos of the person's face in the Facebook account. Most times it doesn't work, and the account cannot be unblocked.

im doing the same method using normal browser.

don't use more than 1 ip per account created + the most important part is the account warm-up!

use mobile phones, different browsers, different profile browsers, reset modem, buy sim cards... after you got your accounts, farm it using aws ec2 or azure VM or google clouds'.
