Creating Twitter slave accounts to upvote main account

Anyone able to confirm that this get's snapped by Twitter?

I've got an autonomous Twitter account that's posting constantly and I'd I'm considering setting up some other accounts to also post random retweets, but then to also retweet and like anything from my main account.

Is this a) against their TOS and b) obvious?
