I know that I can buy them, I have before. But I would rather spend the time to make my own. I know about tweetattacks AC, but i have not been able to get it to work. I also know how to get proxies. I'm just wondering what is the best way or program for it. Thanks.

Return to TweetAttacks Account Creator and make more effort to learn it. Because this is the only commercial software that is ready to make hundreds or thousands acc's if you know how to use it. ALL others are just shady copies with crippled functions.

No. If you want to build relationship with people and confirm account, then yes. But for some of functions you are good with fake emails that TAAC is generating.

I tried loading it again and it worked this time. I guess the server was down or something. Ok, well since that's the best one, I'll work with it. Thanks.

That is the only function that I use, and no, I don't confirm emails. I checked in various scenarios sending with verified and not verified accounts, created on private proxies and public proxies, 1 ip per acc or 6 per account, and results are always the same - if people spam, they get suspended. If you verify it with email, you can return your account when they suspend it, just send them email and after 5 or 10 days you have it again. But for this purpose no need to verify acc because it will not last long.

You don't need to confirm emails for any twitter functions, verifying just increases the life of your twitter account so you have less chance of getting banned. Verifying emails is always recommended, even if its just with random yahoo mail accounts that you can pick up for really cheap or a catchall email that you can create for free (google it)
