I have been creating 1 account per ip (yourprivateproxy proxies) per day and using a catch-all email to verify. It seems that twitter is catching on and will always ban all the accounts I verify with the catch all email. The catch all email was not used for any prior accounts that were banned for anything devious etc. What I am wondering is if using catch all emails is even viable anymore and if anyone has any experience using them successfully as of late? Otherwise, is the only method people use is to buy or use a bulk email creator and do it that way? Lastly, when verifying the emails I have not been setting a delay and using 10 threads, does anyone have any experience with using a delay in verifying catch all email and has remained ban-free? Thanks for you're input!

Catchalls still work but you need a lot of domains. Signing up for 100 accounts per day using the same catchall isn't going to work. If you have existing blackhat domains, just use them all as catchalls (I have hundreds myself).
Anything you can do to make things seem more realistic with twitter (delays between post and verification, delays between page fetches and POSTs etc) will help your chances of avoiding the ban hammer. Just think of what a real user would be doing and do that. If you think it's too slow, just use more accounts, proxies and threads to compensate for all the waiting.

i bought 1000 verified hotmail accounts for pretty cheap. check out the buy/sell services section on the fourm
I create twitters without verifying emails. I get about 10k a day.

You can post without verifying emails, but the accounts get banned much faster.

If you want them fast, you might experiment on how many people you could follow safely a day. I use TweetAttacks Pro but am cautious and keep my follow/unfollow limit max at 199 a day per account. It's very conservative, admittedly, but I haven't lost an account since I adopted that approach.
Also, I would think about starting relatively conservatively at first and then ramping up once you had several hundred followers.
