Hi,


I am new here, and wondering, if there is a way to create twitter account without disclosing phone number?

Sooner or later they are going to ask for a phone verification. If you don't want to use your phone number then you can buy already phone verified Twitter accounts.
 
exactly that's the problem, I created an account without a phone number, and then tried to mark the account NSFW, they locked me out and are now asking for a phone number
 
Vetify with one number & remove the number & again do the same step....
