Creating subreddit to promote CPA?

If i create subreddit to promote cpa offers will my account get banned if i get caught? I will not spam my subreddit or look for subscribers, i will just try to rank the posts in the subreddit in google and get traffic from google.

If you're a n00b or a shameless spammer it will get banned. If you're smart, take your time and do it correctly, it may survive. It's all about being inconspicuous and offering value to a certain group of people.

its some what risky as you can get banned and all your work will be gone in seconds but if you do it right it could provide good traffic.
