Creating Stealth accounts help needed! please

basically i got the old MC999 indefinite

So i cannot sell on ebay on any account any more it sucks!

I am trying to open a stealth account, i understand that i must use new IP address and a new windows user phone number ect.
i can create a ebay account and a paypal account.
but i have no bank account that i can attach to my paypal that not my own which was used with the now banned accounts
is it possible to create a stealth bank account?
im in the uk im not sure how that effects doing this
could someone point me in the right direction?
is there some kind of Manuel for this?

I have a free stealth guide on my website so you can learn the basic information of how stealth accounts work.

Basically you need

New IP (Private proxy)
Make a new user on your computer
Add Foxyproxy plug in to be able to use Private proxy
Create ebay & paypal account with completely different information
Get a VCC and VBA for paypal to get account verified

You don't need to create a stealth bank account. You can just buy a verification by bank + VCC for your PayPal, and eBay, and use an elite proxy to access them. Check for these keywords here on BHW, they are plenty of topics discussing stealth account and VCC, VBA and elite proxies

I have managed to create a ebay and paypal that i can actually use to sell things in the most rookie way ever!
i basically made a new user on the computer
then checked my ip
then unplugged my router and plugged it back in it changed lol
then created my ebay account with fake names and my old address and a new phone number
but i attached my bank card to the paypal and ebay (same as blocked account)
and it worked i think like i sold something and withdrew the funds to bank account and its still pending so im guess this will be ok? or not?

ebay contacted me and said that this account has been linked to my previous account
and im now only aloud to sell 5 items a month for 2 months
and if i have good feedback i will be given a bigger selling allowance
sooo have i done it or have i completely flopped?
im deffently going to research more on the topics you guys have brought up hopefully with this information

Have you cleaned all your cookies and cache in the browser? I don't remember if each PC user has his own cookies, but if they managed to find a link between your accounts, then the cookies were probably there. Well, at least they didn't ban your new account completely.

Im guessing i did something wrong probz the fact i used my bank account/ just wondering i know i entered my bank information in to paypal but does paypal actually have access to this bank information? so they can link different paypal account with bank information?
a stupid question i just assumed that there would be strict laws about how my bank information was used?

i need these questioned answered and will donate a sum for the person who helps

Yes, when you add a bank account to a certain PayPal account, you can't use it further on other PayPal accounts, because they will remember that info. They won't know much about your bank account though, just the basic info.

A virtual bank account is a bank account that is created in an offshore company, and the people who make such accounts know how and where to make those. When selling the account to you for verification, they allow you to use it for PayPal verification, as if it was your own. Virtual credit cards work a bit differently. Certain bank accounts in the world allow their clients to create virtual credit cards to be associated with their account. Then they transfer to each of them $2, and sell you the access to that card, allowing PayPal to verify you by charging that card. Usually the sellers deleted these VCCs once they have served their purpose.
Elite proxy is a highly secure IP address which you can add in your browser when you want to use it, and which will encrypt your information and real connection details. Instead of your true IP, the websites will see the IP that the proxy has. "Elite" is the most secure category of proxies, with a very low chance to no chance at all of knowing that it's actually a proxy and not a real IP address of the person.
To get to 5000 a month you need time and patience. You need to have the account for at least 3 months and get some sales and feedback. Then you will be able to ask them for higher selling limits, and by repeating this you can eventually get to 5000 a month limit.

You can actually hire someone to create foolproof accounts (ebay, paypal) for you. It costs, but highly worth it to me after being banned. However, I'm not sure if they do uk accounts, but worth checking into, nonetheless. search for buyvcc. They are fast in creating the accounts and very nice to work with. Hope that helps. Good luck!

There are lists of reliable VCC and VBA providers on the aspkin forum.

I have found willing and experienced people for both as well as ebay/paypal account creation and amazon account help.
