What's the easiest way to create these pages;

Facebook Fan Page
Twitter Page
A Google plus fan page
Youtube Fan Page
Youtube Vide0
A Deviant Art Profile
A Delicious profile

Could i just create them manually would it take a long time?

Why you would need Proxy? are you going to make 1000 of face book accounts and then fan pages? LOL.
its totally not a problem. you can do it without proxy.

you can do it easily, but if you want various fan pages then sure you need proxies.

1 fan page per site i suppose. And only need it like 100 or so.
