Creating separate contact forms for GMB

Hi guys

I got a load of GMBs, currently they have the free Google site on it and I'm getting a lot of messages through it.

I want to improve this by having a contact form landing page. What is the best way to do this ? There is about 200 I need to make .


Basically the website shown on the GMB will link to a form whwre they can add their personal details which I pick up and call them back.

Do I need to buy 200 domains or is there a service out there that does this ?

Any other info would be great

In GMB’s Website feature, you get a simple website like - yourbusinessname.business.site, there are not as many options to customize your business site but there you have multiple option of collecting a lead. You will get these options for the primary call to action button –

If you want to accept call / SMS or whatsapp then those will be sent to your registered number. If you want “Contact form” or “Get Quote” as the primary button then the following type of form will be available for users when they click on the button.

If you want more customized form then you can select “Make Appointment” button to be available and add your custom form URL there to collect the required details. There are many free and paid options for appointment forms. There is also an option for “Reserve with Google” that you can check here if it interests you - https://www.google.com/maps/reserve/partners
