Creating second Stripe account

My original Stripe account was banned some time ago saying my business is high risk and they cannot support anymore. I created another account in my father's name with a new website and all and it's all fine.

Now, I want to create a new partnership company with my wife and me. As per TOS, I will need to provide my name as well when creating Stripe account for my wife for our partnership company (LLP). Will that be fine or will that flag my new Stripe account?

Any advice would be appreciated.

recently they are blocking many accounts so if you feel like it's not safe then I won't risk it

Even if they don't block you, high chance they might just hold payments for 6 months.
