No, I don't think anyone in the forum has made proxies of all kinds by themselves. Neither you will find guides and threads related to the topic which you could search for.

It's good for learning and personal use.
But for medium to large scale it's better to buy paid solutions of proxies it will get you a lot of hassle out of the way.
