Creating Pinterest accounts, does the firefox with plug-ins still work?

I'm a newbie. I bought 10 Pinterest accounts yesterday to start my journey. I chose the accounts with American profile, but what I got were Russian accounts. When I added profile on jarvee, I opened jarvee's embeded browser and found that those accounts could only login Pinterest.ru. Even if I typed Pinterest.com, the browser automatically transfered it to Pinterest.ru. I have opened a ticket to apply for replacement, but I haven't received a reply yet. I'm disappointed. I chose this seller because many people recommended it. But that's not the point. The point is how to get a lot of reliable accounts in the future. I ever planned to save the time and risk in creating accounts and spend more energy on content and my shopify store. But now I want to try creating by myself. I have read some threads about how to set up Firefox Browser and install some plug-ins, and then use this browser to create new accounts. I want to know if this method still works for now.
