creating own blog dir is usefull?

its 10 yr since blog directeries were usefull
if I make a new directery where people can submit blog,will it be usefull?

I dont think this is a good usage of your time as this is saturated and not profitable to newcomers.

Actually, the web directory niche has always bee profitable and useful, and there are many seasoned link builders that still submit their links to web directories for quick links. There are 2 ways to make money from web directories - you can put Adsense on the directory, and make some good money off PPC. Secondly, you can make money from selling premium links for $5 (please don't overprice this, as anything more than $5 is already a premium). And the funny thing is, those that submits to web directories, still uses PageRank (I assume they got from checkpagerank .net) as the main indicator for the link strength from the directory.

Any webmaster can sell links or get adsense.

Yes helpful because some quality directory are really helpful e.g, demoz. most popular site are in demoz directroy.

I think it wll be just waste of your time . Better you use your old 10 years back blog.
