Creating New Instagram Accounts On A Mac

So I've hit my limit in creating accounts on my phone and need to create an account on my MacBook. I used to have Bluestacks but it looks like they no longer support Mac as I can't find the download link, only the Windows link (plus they mention that apps like Instagram aren't supported due to running an older Android interface).

Is there some other method I can create an account(s) on my MacBook? Thanks!

Ah I did see that but I was hesitant because it/the URL looked janky, but it's all working now

EDIT: Check that, it's actually not working now. Not only does this BlueStacks app work terribly, but it also messed with my Google Chrome settings. It changed by default search engine to Bing (lolwut?) and my "Home page" is now the a Google-like search page branded with "InstallMac" which comes up during installation of the BlueStacks app in the link provided. So, my suspicions about this being janky are true.
