Creating new Facebook Page

Currently, only a few old profiles can create pages.

facebook may be limiting new pages to prevent spam or fake-account activity, and creating many accounts probably makes the restriction worse. check account quality and page limits, then appeal through meta support instead of trying to bypass the limit with new profiles.
