Creating new adwords account

I need to create a new account I got this in an email
Your account is suspended Your account violated the Circumventing systems policy.

I put an appeal and they said it was final. Anyway in getting this account back I have not done anything wrong. Everything I do is whitehat. The only thing I can think of is I got a lot of malware and malicious links the past because my website would get hacked from time to time. But I would get the ads approved once we removed the malware.

In the case I can't get the account back can I make a new adwords account? What steps do I need to take to avoid them finding it is me making a new account? I read I need a new domain, new Ip address. Do I need to recreate the website too or can I just forward the domain? Do I need a new hosting and new credit card or can I use my old?

Any help would be appreciated. I am doing legit adwords even with Adword express because I mainly do SEO and was trying to help out 2 of my clients with adwords.

Hi mate.

I had the exact same thing happen to me about a month ago. I waited for 3 weeks for the appeal, emailed them a few times, but they have never replied so i knew i would
not get the account back.

i have set up a new Adwords account with the same ip, same websites and it is up and running with no problems at all. I had to wait about a week for the ads and account to be approved, so try making a new one, should
be no problems.

Propably there is no way for you to come back to google ads.

Were you cloaking? Usually you get the Circumventing thing when some type of redirection is in place

While using same IP and PC

Bear in mind that you cannot use same card

That's an auto ban

System circumvention bans are usually locked in

So

Repeating same website has a high tendency of getting you banned again

There are so many parameters that helps avoids been banned
But who reveals this publicly

No I was not cloaking I don't do anything black hat regarding Google, SEO or PPC. I legit don't know why I was banned I have been using Adwords express for over 2 years now. I only had 2 different websites doing 1 campaign each. It's either Google thinks I was cloaking because hackers would inject code into my sites and cause it to go to a different site as typical with wordpress sites. I would upgrade plugins, add wordfence, securi..etc. I had a lot of campaigns going last year I don't know if was that? Are you allowed to use different sites for different campaigns on one express account? Sigh. I'm going to try and make a new account.

I'd give it couple days for the account to gain some trust before launching a second one.

Yet another possibility for the suspension is your being unlucky because several accounts from that card BIN were created in that region or in similar OSes worldwide in short timeframe

Its actually 6 digits and if u think how many popular cards (by bin) each bank has then u should understand your statement is wrong.

You have to buy a new domain and make a new website or clean the old one.

Yes, you need a new VPS to register the Adwords account and a new credit card

One suggestion - just create a new one and forget about the last one after you have already appealed once!
