Creating new accounts harder now?

I'm going to be creating some new accounts to expand my reach in the niches I'm in but it looks like all the methods are getting blacklisted by instagram. Does anyone know of a current method that doesn't involve having to buy sim cards? I'd like to create the accounts myself so I can use the same proxy from the beginning and verify the phone number with long term safety. To clarify, I'm looking for the most up to date paid method.

What do you mean by method? Just use bluestacks to create the accounts with your proxy.
