Hardware footprint will be there exactly the same among all users in your computer. It doesn't make any sense either. You need spoofing tools, tools that actually are able to send a different information. Because after all this information is sent by the browsers. There are browsers that already bring this, like multilogin, anty, incogniton, ... Still they are not perfect and I find that for multiple purposes they still get easily caught. Google for example is a master in the art of grabbing you by the ears.
