creating multiple tiktok accounts on the same IP but different devices

Greetings people, i want to make few tiktok accounts & reach 1k followers by shitposting just so i could get an option to link my dropshipping website and promote it there; now my question is would i risk getting shadowbanned if i did all that on my home IP address but i'd use 3/4 different phones, and a spare laptop that i have sitting around, i assume my ip would change from device to device (subnetting and all that), is this good enough?
As of now it is not worth for me to get 4g proxy, so i am looking for this cheaper alternative (i could also get a sim where i'd use mobile data, perhaps that would be better?)

I think 4G proxies should be a good option in such a case, using them you can avoid shadowbans because your IP address will be different on each device
