Creating Multiple IG Acc

I am new to IG and now trying to create multiple IG accounts and let FL take over it.
I planned to buy proxies for this and 1 proxies for 3 accounts.
So if i go the manual way to create account. What I need to do is to put a proxy into my browser and go to IG and create 3 accounts then switch to another proxy and so on....
I am not sure if I get this correct?
Is this the correct way to use the proxies?

You can't create accounts on Instagram's web version. You have to use the mobile one. Using the built-in proxy support by Android/iOS is not safe I believe, you'll have to use additional applications, such as Proxydroid which require rooting. It's a hassle to make accounts on your own using Bluestacks/mobile phone, especially if you're creating a LOT of accounts. It's better if you use an automated software to do the job for you.

You can check Mass Planner they have an account creator.

I have no issue with that on an iPhone. I log in from my phone to post.

I plan to use FL as well, would like to ask if FL has similar feature? Or is it easier to do it with mass planner?

You cannot create accounts with followliker.

you can buy IG accounts in Marketplace. I think it's better way.
