Is it possible to create multiple ebay account and buy from fake account?

is there a way to list our item on top of ebay results

as a seller can we hide our physical address?

You can do that but you have to be careful if the eBay accounts are new.
the best way is to create different windows users in your computer and keep the cookies and flash cookies intact to avoid the phone verification each time you want to list an item at in the beginning. You need also a mobile broadband like sprint one to change the ip addresses when you switch between the windows users.
I used to do that like in 2008-2009.

I used to have :
1- old seller accounts (more than 30 days are OK) with 0 feedback but verified PayPal attached with prepaid card as a bank card (cards that accept direct deposit)
2- i used to sell gift cards ($200-400$) without any problems
3-All the info of the seller accounts are fake (name. address, online phone numbers (were real since i had to buy Yahoo phone numbers for $2.99/month to match the area code of the address))
