Creating Multiple Adsense Accounts

Any tips? I've bought accounts before but they were poorly made and got banned within a day. Now I am going to be making my own but I'm unsure of a few things.

Does the name on the account have to match the bank account details?

Can I use one bank account for all accounts? I know this is a stupid question and can be easily linked but people have told me they have multiple accounts under 1 bank account.

Is it possible for google to link up my accounts if I'm using 1 host on multiple sites?

I'm opening these accounts on separate devices, emails, and residential IPs so I don't think I'll have any trouble there.

-Yes, but from what i know if 1 account got banned all other accounts get banned too.

-It doesn't matter you can use the same device. if you providing the right info to verify your accounts that's all that matters for google.

So you're saying I can use the same device just make separate browsers and alternate IPs to be safe?

Same device same Ip Google has no problem with that as long the owner of the accounts is verified.
you can use a separate portable browser for each account if you want too. its fine
