Creating Multiple AC accounts

how do you do this without getting caught?

I would imagine you would have to make multiple paypaI accounts, use proxies to avoid ip links. What's the easiest and safest way to make multiple paypaI accounts

Well the main problem I have is... I can't change my ip address.. Or atleast I havent figured out how to yet.. I've tried a couple methods on ww3.whatismyip.c0m .. None of them worked.. I've also tried turning off my modem overnight, that also didn't work.. I called my service provider and they said they couldn't do it. So i don't know, any suggestions?

You have a static ip. Ask your internet provider if they can give you dynamic ip. You may also just use pr0x1es.

The fact is your internet connection using static IP. No easy way to change it.

2. You dont need to change your IP to create multiple paypal acc. Just create an additional email from your main paypal email.
3. As long as i know, AC dont restrict IP unless you make "trouble" (a lot of decline article, fake performance view)
 
but I heard paypal limits your account if you use proxy's?. If proxy is the way to go, do I just get a free one from one of the free proxy websites?
 
PP will limit your a/c in a flash if you use proxies. I once logged into my PP a/c without re-setting my HMIP which I was using while browsing. The next day I found that my PP a/c became limited, with a message stating that there was some third-party activity and PP had made my a/c limited to save me! LOL

They asked me to provide some verifications which I did, and then within 1 hour, they removed the limit on my PP a/c. But the whole process almost gave me a massive cardiac arrest, especially when I first saw that my PP was rendered limited! :D

So don't use proxies or change your IP to another country while using PP's website. So, use proxies if you want to in case of AC, but never with PP.

Lol well then that takes me back to square one. Still need suggestions on how to change my ip :(
 
Use HideMyIp if you can. I am using it for all purposes, including AC (I am being extra careful even on AC ;), even though AC at present isn't looking so deep.) But take care that when you're logging into your PP, use the "Stop Hiding IP" function (which is just a right-left click combination away) ALWAYS, which is also what I do.

There are other better solutions but this is workable.

I agree, I've used it in the past and it's worked for a lot of things, it's just a matter of whether it's worth the risk to you Anthrax. If I went that route I would just keep next to nothing in my PP account at any given time. I guess it's worth the risk considering you'll need a PP acct in anything you do in IM.

isn't hidemyip just like using a proxy tho?
 
yea...what we're saying is that if you can't find a way to change your IP, you have two options. change ISP provider and/or get a new modem that you can reset the IP on, or decide whether just using a proxy is worth the risk to you.
 
Oh. Didn't see that you meant don't use it with Iphide with paypal.. That still leaves me back at square one..
 
Yeah understood. That sucks tho Lol. I'll figure out somethen. Btw redtide, is your book an ebook or an actual book?
