I have a question. How do companies that sell 'Instagram Followers' create their accounts?

They have their own account creators, or they own huge botnets and take advantage of real accounts.

they buy some application that have rich actions on their access token like "following , liking etc ..." and they use these accounts to follow and like etc ... its much easier than creating mass accounts

Most are just intermediates and just buy from other sellers that are cheaper, the pros have their own accounts with their own bots.

Create your own bots with good TLD email like gmail & using good quality proxy, warm up them wisely . And have full control on your accounts
