All accounts I've created in the past are created with emails made from my domain, like "[email protected]"

Is this risky? Is there a chance I could lose accounts because of this?

I create them with these emails, because I own these email accounts and I'll always have access to them to reset Pinterest passwords etc, unlike hotmail, mail.com, yahoo mail etc.

But If I were to create many accounts made with email accounts from many different domains, like "[email protected]" and "[email protected]" it would get really expensive to keep buying domains from this.

And another thing I was wondering, since my accounts keep getting banned, how many follows can you do on new accounts safely?

No you wont lose the accounts. I do this all of the time. If you're sending bluk email you're biggest risk will be having your emails or even possibly your domain blacklisted in Spam filters. You can partially protect yourself by filtering your email list of known spam traps emails.

But if your bulk mailing it is best to understand these should be considered burn and churn emails.

OP you better use yahoo and gmail, they are safer and buy in bulk.

I'm not talking about mailing, I'm talking about Pinterest account creation, I should've said.
