Creating/Keeping new channel?

So I was banned for some YT TOS violation, not even using any black hat literally just using it as storage for shadowplay clips. Just a ton of 3-min unlisted gaming clips. Anyways making new channels get banned within a week. Any ideas? Don't want to monetize it, just upload. I have NordVPN, but if there's another VPN that would work with making a youtube account I'd be willing to switch

If your content is not BH stuff, i don't suggest you to use VPN. Other thing, use portable browsers for your channels.
