creating insurance site with script downloading data

Hey, I would like to create a site through which people can sign up for health insurance through an affiliate link. I would like my site to download data from insurance companies using a script, so that people choosing how old they are, whether they want a dentist, physiotherapist, could check the price of insurance they want on my site. Is it difficult to create such a script? Would anyone like to do it for me? if yes what is the price?
