Creating instagram bot, need opinions.

Hi Yall,

I am working on a Instagram bot and it actually works pretty well already.

The bot will be able to follow / unfollow / comment and like.
My goal is to create the bot 24/7 wise. So it can run 24/7 without problems.

At first i just wanted to create it for myself but since it works this nice i was thinking about publishing it to other people.
This for a small fee.

You guys think this will be worth it?

The bot will run on your own PC and all stats will be available on a website.

Prices will be small, but per instagram account. Lets say something like $1 per account per week. Or should i make it a one time payment?

Please let me know your opninion about this.

So the biggest question is if it is worth it to make it public. Second one is, what is your thought about payments? And what amount would you pay for it?

Well from a business standpoint $1 a week per instagram account would be great for you. But say you use 10 accounts, thats like $520 a year. Which in my opinion would be a little much. You ought to offer a discount package for 5 accounts and another for 10 or more.

Okay, this is what would be the optimal bot (for me):

- web based, login, setup, everrything is done on a website. Makes it available for both windows and mac.

- both montly payments and a one time payment. Like, $5 -$20 / month or $50 - $100 one time payment, I don't really know. Most people doesn't have much money when they start, but when they have been doing it for a while, they might have money to buy the one time payment thing.

- I don't need to see the bot working (as many bots made in ubot), just get the stats on a nice designed webpage with big graphs.

- Easy to setup. It should be really basic to get going, but still have some advanced settings to change. Preferably there should be some "recommended settings" that changes according to Instagram's changes in limits etc.

- If the bot is on a website, it could keep going even though I don't have my browser open. I'm not sure how this would work, but somehow. Then I wouldn't need to keep my PC open 24h/day and I don't need to buy a vps.

- if you could schedule pic upload to your account(s) it would be great. I've read that there's something with the IG api that won't let you do that or whatever, but i twould be cool.

- free trial for like a day or two

- different "packages" of the bot weather you are using just one account or many. One unlimited package probably.

So yeah, that's pretty much it haha.

I don't want to get too crazy into it, but I also need a bot that does everything(Facebook, pinterest, twitter, IG) and I can't really find one. Just an idea.

The bot itself will ask you to log in to the server, and what user you want to set active. For user i mean instagram accounts.
I first had a hashtag and comment list txt file selector but now you say it i think i will put that online 2. So on the website you will set-up the bot.
You run the bot yourself for the sake of fast speeds and the point that i can't run vps'es yet.

Thanks for your suggestion. I agree with you that people who start do not have alot of money. I want to encourage them to buy it. How? With low prices.
I had some good projects before but i ran low on cash lately. I love it when i find something i need for cheap so i will look into this.

Couldn't agree more. Im glad to hear this since my current state of the bot is exactly like this. You set some info, you press start and you won't see anything. Bot runs in the background and all stats will be shown live on the website if you log-in.

As for now it will ask you pretty much at the beginning. I won't be changing that since it is critical information. Though it will safe the most results and will use this later on in a fast way.

This is my biggest struggle. My bot will be software based. The website will be more for settings and statics but it will not be able to run the software. I am trying though to get my bot running at low memory usage. Currently it will use up to 20MB RAM usage per instagram account. My view on this is that i will hire high-end VPS's myself and run bot's for people. Though this is something i don't have the budget for yet. Once i will do this people would have it full website based.

I will look into this. I think no one could agree more that that would be a great if not fantastic feature.

What i want is people paying the right prices for the right amount of usage.
I don't want people who just started instagramming paying alot for one account while they even aren't sure if instagram accounts will be something for them. Yet i wan't to make a nice margin from people who actually use instagram already alot and earn with it. B2B it is and so should the prices.

The "no software" thing might be hard yeah, since if you're getting a lot of sales, you would need reaally high end vps's. So maybe it's better as you say with a desktop application in the beginning at least. Otherwise it sounds really great!

That is what i was thinking . Though.. 20K RAM usage isn't that bad if you ask me!
I would pay €9.99 for a VPS with 1GB RAM. I think i could run my bot 45 times per VPS.

I am not sure if 1GB ram means i can use 950K RAM usage without any problems but if it is than 9.99 a month would be a great deal. These would be actually cloudVPS'es. This mean i could upgrade a VPS with another VPS. I can buy unlimited VPS'es instantly as my usage would be.

So yes, this would be possible and great. But still i think i go with a desktop version first for stability anyways.

I've been thinking someone should sell a rooted android phone that runs a script to make IG accounts on private proxies, wipe device id and repeat.

I don't really know if that's an option but I think that's basically the only way to reliably make accounts. Bluestacks/android emulators aren't working that well.

That seems very inefficient. That being said, bots that are able to create accounts will soon be nearly impossible to find due to the new Instagram updates (if you're a programmer and have looked into it, you'll know what I mean). I expect that soon (a month or two) myself and one other person will be the only people able to create accounts programmatically for a long while. Create accounts while you can, guys, because shit is changing.

There are plenty of bots already doing this stuff, a lot being sold right here on BHW.

It's only going to continue getting harder. There are some new technical limitations that require a very specific set of skills to overcome. I know many of the people in the "scene", and quite frankly most of them aren't very good at what they do. You'll start seeing everybody switch from the private API to web-based bots, or use 3rd party applications. Accounts and PVA's will become a hot commodity and shoot up in price. Resellers who are still able to properly deliver likes/etc will up their prices exponentially, and Instagram will finally be able to exhale because the spam problem is mostly gone.

Technically I could, but that would be like giving my arch nemesis a loaded gun and turning my back on him. I enjoy healthy competition, but not THAT much . Sorry brother.

Please a bot that runs NATIVELY on Macs!

Thanks for the info. I definitely understand why you can't sell accounts/bots.

Can you suggest anywhere I can find someone who could sell 25 tailored IG accounts a week for like $100? I've bought tonnes of blank accounts from here and they last awhile then get banned. I need to upload pics/profile/description to each account anyways so buying blanks isn't even that helpful.

Now let's talk serious. Why your bot will have any FL dont have? Do you plan to make the same bot but more cheaper?

Yea security is main problem. But money makes miracles. The guys offered 1000$ and for that money his desires can come true.
To the OP, you should focus on how to not make accounts banned.

This is the reason why i actually opened this thread. I want to know more about people wishes and thoughts on it so i can make it work for all.

And nope, it will not be the same bot as all for cheaper.

Functions i want to add:
- Start bot niche related ( not just comment on anything etc. but only to niche related people ).
- Post photo to instagram function all pre-planned

And actually anything that comes to my mind in a later stadium.

Again, all i want is a bot you set up once and off you go.
Autopilot is the key if you ask me.

And yes my main focus is on making the bot extra undetected so your instagram account will not be banned. This would be a lose-lose for everyone.

I personally wanted to buy an Instagram bot recently, looked a few alternatives, but most of them were pretty expensive.

I hope you work out the pricing so even those with low budget can afford it.

I understand. That is what i want to. I want to create a bot that actually does it all but is affordable.
At the same time i don't want to make it too cheap so Instagram won't get spammed as ....

Therefore i think prices should go up for more account but are pretty low for less account.
